Entrusted Care Residence in Saint Paul, MN, was founded by a dedicated registered nurse with a passion for holistic, person-centered care.
We provide licensed assisted living under Minnesota Statutes Chapter 144G. Separately, we provide licensed home and community-based services under Minnesota Statutes Chapter 245D.
